Lettings and Tenancy Manager

The job of the Lettings and Tenancy Manager is:

To manage the delivery of customer focussed, ethical lettings and tenancy management services to be proud of for the benefit of young people and young families.

To manage fair access to quality housing that meets the needs of young people and young families.

To contribute to the reduction of homelessness in North East Lincolnshire through the development and fair application of housing-related policy framework.

The goal of the service is to provide a proactive, aspirational, and sensitive tenancy and lettings management service that is responsive to needs of young people. Services will be delivered in tandem with our other property and support services, to customers across North East Lincolnshire.
