About the Role In this varied and rewarding position, you will: Support teaching and learning in small group and 1:1 sessions across multiple settings Assist in delivering personalised lessons across the curriculum Help pupils manage their emotions, behaviour and wellbeing Contribute to an inclusive, safe, and nurturing environment Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and external professionals Support the development of social and communication skills About You We're looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people, ideally with additional or complex needs Is calm, consistent and emotionally resilient Builds trust and rapport with learners from diverse backgrounds Communicates well with staff, families and external agencies Can adapt approaches to meet individual needs and varied school settings Any training or courses relevant to schools or SEN would be desirable Whether you have previous experience in education or come from a background in care, psychology, youth work or social service - your empathy and dedication could make a lasting impact!
