What You ll Be Doing

You ll be right at the heart of the action hands-on, involved, and working with a great team to keep things running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

• Producing high-quality products to exact specifications
• Accurately reading manufacturing instructions and using internal IT systems
• Keeping production lines operating at full efficiency and quality
• Troubleshooting and fixing any issues that arise

What We re Looking For

We want someone who doesn t just work hard but works smart too. Ideally, you ll bring:

• Solid experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Clear and confident communication skills
• A genuine interest in machinery and how it works
