ERP Release Manager - international travel

My client, an international manguacturing group is seeking an experienced ERP Programme Manager to lead a high-profile transformation programme. The role will involve overseeing delivery, stakeholder alignment, and governance across a complex ERP landscape.

Key Details:

• Day Rate: £700pd (Outside IR35)

• Contract: Initial 6 months (with strong potential to extend)

• Location: UK-based with travel to Spain every two weeks (expenses covered)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ERP programme end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery

• Coordinate across business and technical workstreams, ensuring alignment and risk management

• Act as the key link between executive stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners

• Provide governance, steerco reporting, and programme-level assurance

Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering ERP programmes (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)

• Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite and operational teams

• Experience working with offshore/nearshore teams and international travel

• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, complex environments
