Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and clear communication? My client , an award winning financial services company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their fast-paced team and provide high-quality support via phone and written channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer calls promptly and professionally, following set procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Handle written communications (letters, emails, phone follow-ups) clearly and accurately, aligned with our brand style.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets on a consistent basis.
  • Support ongoing improvements in service and internal processes.
  • Take on additional tasks as required to support team operations.
  • Adhere to all FCA and PRA conduct rules and standards, including those under Consumer Duty.
  • View FCA Conduct Rules
  • View PRA Conduct Standards
  • Report any matters that are reasonably expected to be brought to the attention of the regulator(s).

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and timely manner
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments (FCA/PRA) is desirable but not essential
