What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer calls promptly and professionally, following set procedures to meet customer needs.
- Handle written communications (letters, emails, phone follow-ups) clearly and accurately, aligned with our brand style.
- Meet productivity and quality targets on a consistent basis.
- Support ongoing improvements in service and internal processes.
- Take on additional tasks as required to support team operations.
- Adhere to all FCA and PRA conduct rules and standards, including those under Consumer Duty.

- Report any matters that are reasonably expected to be brought to the attention of the regulator(s).
What We're Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and timely manner
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role
- Familiarity with regulatory environments (FCA/PRA) is desirable but not essential
