invoice finance lender is seeking an
Invoice Finance Administrator to join their operations team on a
6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to gain experience within a reputable lender known for its supportive culture and client-focused approach.
The Role:Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of client facilities across invoice discounting and factoring products. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate processing of invoices, reconciliations, and payments.
Key Responsibilities: - Managing daily payment runs and reconciling client accounts.
- Supporting cash allocation and funding processes.
- Investigating and resolving client queries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and supporting internal reporting.
- Assisting with compliance and audit requirements as needed.
Candidate Profile: - Prior experience in invoice finance, factoring, or financial administration (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using financial systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Team-oriented, organised, and adaptable.
