Chef De PartiePertemps are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join a leading Catering business based in Andover. This is a full time, permanent position.Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:- Producing high quality food for customers, working to food specifications- Handling and storing food items in a safe manner to prevent the spread of germs- Have an understanding of HACCP and SALSA standards- Occasionally shopping for products as and when required- Reporting and assisting the Head chefRequirements:- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie- Excellent level of English- Minimum of Level 2 Food & Hygiene- Allergen certification- First Aider at work certificationThis Chef De Partie position is paying from £29,000 depending on experience. You will be required to work 40 hours per week but the hours do vary.
