Our client, a leading strategic communications agency, is seeking a Client Partnership Director to lead Tier 1 client relationships, drive account growth, and mentor a high-performing Client Services team. This is a senior leadership role that blends commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and people development-with a strong emphasis on experience in employee engagement or internal communications (IC).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the senior point of contact for Tier 1 clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Shape and deliver account growth strategies, annual plans, and long-term roadmaps.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Embed consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client tiers.
Coach and mentor client-facing team members to build capability and confidence.
Collaborate across strategy, creative, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
Apply expertise in employee engagement, change communications, or culture transformation to enhance client outcomes.
Success Measures
Retention and growth of Tier 1 accounts.
Improved revenue and margin performance.
