We are recruiting an experienced Chef to support a food service on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals in line with set menus and recipes
• Ensure full compliance with allergen management, cross-contamination controls, and Natasha's Law
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Work independently or as part of a small kitchen team

Requirements:

• Proven chef/cook experience in catering, healthcare or similar environment
• Strong understanding of food safety procedures and dietary requirements
• Ability to manage time, service demands and maintain a clean workspace
