This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of Coaches. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Diagnose faults using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues effectively. Fabricate, assemble, and weld components as necessary to complete repairs or modifications. Perform electrical repairs, including soldering and wiring tasks, to maintain vehicle systems. Carry out heavy lifting and moving of equipment as required during maintenance activities. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair status. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used during servicing. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks. Qualifications Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in heavy vehicles.
