Project Co-ordinator Do you have project co-ordination or administration experience? We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join the team in this hybrid-working role. Position: Project Co-ordinator Location: Huddersfield/ Hybrid Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week Salary: £26,083 Contract: Temporary until 31st April 2027 Start Date: November 2025 Benefits: Include 26 days' holiday, rising to 30 after service increments plus 8 bank holiday, Personal Pension Scheme, Healthcare Cash Plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Staff Awards Scheme, Company Sick Pay Scheme, flexible working patterns Closing Date: 21st October 2025. The Role Working with the Project Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the Champions programmes in line with the Organisation's quality processes. You will have strong communication skills to support project execution while playing a key role in telephone-based promotional activities. You will be responsible for the recruitment and tracking of participants, ongoing monitoring and achievement of objectives set by the Project Officer in line with project objectives to ensure all contractual obligations are delivered successfully. Main duties include: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and all associated administration Coordinate internal meetings and virtual events Conduct outbound calls to prospective nursery settings, participants or partners as part of recruitment activities Recruit nursery settings to programmes via email, telephone calls etc. Support marketing and sales efforts by gathering feedback and identifying potential leads Assist in campaign execution, including scheduling calls and reporting outcomes Prepare and dispatch project/contract materials and documents, ensuring customers receive materials within allocated timescales About You You will have strong communication skills to support project execution while playing a key role in telephone-based promotional activities.
