Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 + 5000 Car Allowance

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage complex projects from inception to completion. The role involves ensuring technical, scheduling, and resourcing requirements are met while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend project start-up meetings and become familiar with all project details and specifications.
- Collate technical submittals, issue them, and track approvals.
- Raise and manage RFIs and track labour on site.
- Maintain weekly progress reports and manage any changes or variations.
- Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and client site teams.
- Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place and implemented on site.
- Generate biweekly/monthly snag lists and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage document control and maintain project-specific scheduling.
- Conduct meetings with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend general site meetings and follow up on action points.
- Communicate innovative project-specific solutions to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale M&E projects.
- Qualification in Construction or Project Management preferred.
- Experience supervising teams on site.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards of compliance and safety.
