Henderson House Care Home is a purpose-built home located in the popular Fife coastal town of Dalgety Bay. We provide exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 60 residents in a warm, supportive environment.

We are now looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our dedicated nursing team. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced nurse, this is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality care, support your colleagues, and make a real difference every day.

What We Offer

• £20.50 per hour
• £1,000 welcome bonus (paid in two instalments after probation and at 12 months - not applicable to bank roles)
• Contracted 38.5 hours per week (night shifts: 8pm-8am)
• Flexible bank (zero-hours) contracts available for days or nights
• Paid PVG, pension scheme, free uniform, and onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will DoAs a Registered Nurse, you will deliver outstanding person-centred nursing care, ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents at all times. You will work closely with residents and their families to create and review personalised care plans, safely administer medication, and monitor clinical needs. You will also provide leadership and guidance to care staff, maintaining high standards of professionalism, teamwork, and compassion.

What We're Looking For

• RGN or RMN qualification with valid NMC registration
• A caring and compassionate approach, with strong clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take the lead when required
• Commitment to promoting dignity, independence, and respect for residents
• Organisational skills and attention to detail with accurate record-keeping
