You will be working closely in an experienced team of IFA Administrators, supporting both the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers. There are endless opportunities to progress your career with this company, whether it's senior level administration, paraplanning, management, or financial advice.

Duties:

  • Preparing client files and document for annual reviews and new business meetings
  • Submitting new business
  • Supporting with basic reports following client meeting
  • Keeping back-office system up to date
  • Liaising with clients and product advisers
  • Ad-Hoc administration duties

Skills and experience required:

  • At least 1-2 years within Wealth Management Client Servicing
  • Good knowledge of financial products and processes
  • Drive to progress and develop career
