Job Title: Skills Coach - Level 7 Senior Leadership ApprenticeshipsSalary: Up to £38,000 per annumLocation: Remote with occasional travelStart Date: ImmediateDays per week- We will consider candidates who are looking for 4 days per week or full timeContract: 6 months with the view to this extending.We are seeking an experienced Skills Coach to deliver and support learners on the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic training provider committed to delivering high-quality apprenticeship training and supporting the development of future senior leaders. The role will also support other apprenticeship learners on Operational Manager and Team Leader Apprenticeship ProgrammesKey Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality coaching and guidance to apprentices undertaking the Level 7 Senior Leader standard.Support learners in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with apprenticeship requirements.Prepare apprentices for End-Point Assessment (EPA) through tailored learning plans, feedback, and progress reviews.Maintain accurate records of learner progress, ensuring compliance with ESFA and Ofsted standards.Provide a positive and engaging learning experience, motivating apprentices to achieve their full potential.Requirements:Experience of coaching, training, or mentoring at senior/leadership level.Strong understanding of the Level 7 Senior Leader standard or similar higher-level apprenticeship programmes.Relevant teaching, assessing, or coaching qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, AET, Assessor Coach L4, or equivalent) alongside a Level 5 or above in Management/Senior LeadershipExcellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to build strong learner relationships.Vocational competence within Senior LeadershipA passion for supporting learner development and achieving high success rates.Benefits:Salary up to £37,000 per annum.Remote working with flexibility.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Immediate start available.For further information, please reach out to Simon Atkins on
