The Role

We're looking for someone with a love of gardening to help run our horticultural department. You'll be supported every step of the way, so previous management or retail experience isn't essential. In this role, you'll:

• Help keep our plant and garden product displays looking great and well-stocked.
• Support and guide a small team of assistants to deliver excellent customer service.
• Chat with customers, giving helpful advice and sharing your gardening knowledge.
• Assist with stock and display layouts to make our department easy to shop and appealing.
