What We re Looking For B2B SaaS sales experience in a solution-led environment. A consistent track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets (ideally £500k-£1M+ annual quota). Ideally experience selling into the Public Sector Strong consultative selling skills, uncovering needs, building business cases, managing complex sales. Full-cycle sales expertise: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, writing proposals, and closing. High degree of self-sufficiency, able to manage own pipeline, outreach, and bids. Excellent communication, listening, and proposal-writing skills.
