We are seeking a driven and well-connected New Business Introducer to identify and refer potential clients seeking financial services, such as commercial finance / asset finance / invoice finance / bridging loans / mortgages, etc You will play a pivotal role in generating leads and building relationships that support the company's growth objectives.
This is a results-based role, ideal for individuals with strong networks in the finance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and introduce new business opportunities to the company
Leverage existing networks to generate high-quality leads
Build relationships with potential clients and referral partners
Understand the client's financial needs to ensure suitable introductions
Work closely with internal sales and underwriting teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, and outcomes using CRM tools (if applicable)
Stay up to date with financial products, market trends, and competitor activity
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a sales, introducer, or business development role
Existing network of contacts in relevant sectors (e.g. SMEs, property, finance, legal, etc.)
Strong understanding of financial products and services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Integrity, discretion, and a professional attitude
Desirable:
Previous experience in finance (e.g., commercial lending, asset finance, or brokerage)
Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to present financial solutions to clients in a consultative manner
