A small prestigious international Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to join its branch operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing client onboarding (for both Corporates and Private Individuals) ensuring all relevant documentation is obtained
- Conducting KYC reviews
- Monitoring account opening/closing and keeping client files updated
- Reviewing general transaction movements on accounts to identify any inconsistencies and alert management
- Providing daily client relationship services in the London branch - handling queries and offering services (e.g. taking payment instructions, standing orders/direct debits, loans etc)
Your experience must include:
- Strong proven & relevant experience gained within banking - KYC/onboarding, client services, transaction monitoring, opening accounts etc
- Excellent client services skills
- Good IT skills
This role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
