Record Keeping: Maintain accurate support plans, risk assessments, and case notes to a professional standard. Who You Are Empathetic & Motivated: You're passionate about empowering young people to achieve independence. Proactive & Reliable: Comfortable working independently, prioritising your workload effectively. Knowledgeable: You understand safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional boundaries. Experienced: Background in housing support, youth work, or social care is highly desirable. Driver (Preferred): Ability to travel locally if needed.
