About the Role
As a Functional Assessor, you will:

• Conduct holistic assessments for individuals with a range of health conditions.
• Evaluate how a person s health affects their daily life not diagnose or treat.
• Produce clear, concise medical reports for decision-making purposes.
• Work autonomously with access to a strong support network.

No previous experience as an assessor needed full training provided.

Who We re Looking For
You must be a registered healthcare professional (NMC/HCPC), such as:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
• Physiotherapist
• Occupational Therapist
• Paramedic
• Hospital based Pharmacist

You ll have:

• At least 1 year s post-registration experience
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• A genuine interest in holistic patient care
