Temporary Concierge - Residential Development (Day or Night Shifts)
I'm currently recruiting for a Temporary Concierge to support a luxury residential development. This role offers both day and night shifts, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
The ideal person will be professional, reliable, and confident in delivering a high standard of service to residents and visitors alike. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm, professional front-of-house service to residents and guests
- Managing deliveries, keys, and access systems
- Coordinating with contractors, cleaners, and building management
- Responding to resident queries quickly and efficiently
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations on site
Requirements:
- Previous concierge, front-of-house, or customer service experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, professional appearance
- Able to work independently and handle a busy environment
- Flexible for day and/or night shifts
