We re looking for a talented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our fast-paced production team in Farnborough. This is your chance to work on high-spec, precision components in a clean, modern workshop where your craftsmanship truly matters.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble complex electro-mechanical subassemblies and finished units
• Perform soldering (leaded and lead-free), wiring, crimping, and cable routing
• Fit and build mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Inspect and test assemblies using electrical and mechanical test equipment
• Follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and build instructions
• Handle ESD-sensitive devices and maintain safety standards What

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly
• Strong hand-soldering skills (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification is a bonus!)
• Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings and wiring schematics
• Skilled in wiring, crimping, cable prep, and mechanical build
• Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail
