What you'll do:

• Support the Store Manager in running a high-performing store
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage stock control, audits, banking, and core operational tasks
• Ensure a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment
• Take charge in the Store Manager's absence
