Reporting to the UASC and Care Leaver Property Management Compliance Service Manager, you will be responsible for independently conducting internal audits across designated areas of the business and reporting findings to the Head of UASC and Care Leaver Contracts. Key Responsibilities: Plan and prioritise property inspections, audits, and quality assurance visits in line with the contract requirements. Provide operational guidance and support to Housing Officers to uphold property standards and assist accommodated young people.
