With a proud track record of serving older adults for over 35 years, this home offers exceptional standards of care in a warm, welcoming, and well maintained environment.
Set in spacious surroundings, the home features multiple communal areas where residents can relax and socialise. A full time Activities Coordinator brings life and laughter to each day, while an in-house physiotherapy team ensures residents stay active, mobile, and independent.

  • Individualised care plans tailored to residents needs
  • Full-time in-house physiotherapy team supporting physical wellbeing
  • Lively social calendar delivered by a dedicated Activities Coordinator

The Role:
The Registered Manager will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining a person centred approach to care. This role is key to fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and warmth, while also supporting staff development and leading quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing confident, compassionate leadership across the home
  • Ensuring full compliance with care regulations and best practices
  • Managing care delivery, staffing, and resources effectively
  • Supporting staff through training, supervisions, and clear direction
  • Driving quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record managing a nursing or residential care home
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and person centred care
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A hands-on, people focused approach to management

This is an exciting opportunity for a care home manager to step into a supportive, high-quality environment with autonomy, stability, and the chance to truly make a difference.
