Some of your other responsibilities will include: Preparing the Application for Payments and managing the invoicing process for various rail and non-rail contracts. Ensuring timely submissions in line with client expectations, agreeing fees quickly and dealing with commercial related queries promptly and efficiently. Identifying project change control, contract management and risk mitigation with colleagues, contractors and suppliers Ensuring the accuracy of pricing and costing of annual contract work banks, and any additional works associated with the contract including the application of SoRs against asset descriptors Maximising strategic supply chain cost saving opportunities through structured procurement processes and ongoing supplier engagement Enhancing value, reducing costs and preparing CVR reconciliations.
