Job Description

Work alongside the Head Chef & General Mnager to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus
Prepare, cook and present amazing food in accordance with The Bell standards training all staff on dish presentation
Be organised, keeping your eye on the ball before, during and after service
Take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
Manage food safety and stock rotation, placing orders with our nominated suppliers
Carry out regular stock takes, audits and checks to ensure all area of the business are efficiently run and well maintained
Be responsible for ensuring all health and safety, due diligence records and compliance is maintained

The person we are looking for will:

Have at least 1 years' Chef experience in a creative dining environment
Have the ambition to grow and develop with us and become an integral part of the team
Have had training in food allergens and Food Safety Level 2
