Job Description
We're currently recruiting for a leading processing plant in the Castleford area, due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Service Office Leader to join the team.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of FLT and PPT drivers across the bays and wash area, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service office during their shift.
This role will require you to work 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts
Pay rate: £14.77 per hour
Duties:

Manage shift performance, quality, and labour planning to meet site targets.

Enforce Health & Safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

Lead and motivate team members through communication and training.

Oversee stock control, documentation, and process compliance (TRT/SAP).

Maintain housekeeping, MHE checks, and fire safety procedures.

Report incidents and ensure accurate root cause analysis.

Coordinate agency labour and ensure timesheet accuracy.
Candidate must have:
Specialist for warehouse logistics with good knowledge in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
Skills & Knowledge:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experienced in managing performance, cost, and capacity of service partners.

Adaptable, with both analytical and hands-on operational skills.
