Commis Chef
Unit: Coca Cola, Lisburn
Salary: £12.21
As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver a high standard of great food while overseeing the kitchen. This is a permanent role, working full time hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
- Helping with general kitchen tasks as directed
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Essential Criteria:
- Previous kitchen experience (unless an Apprentice)
- Passionate about working in a food service environment
- Able to work positively with others as part of a team
- Friendly, helpful & polite
Desirable Criteria
- NVQ Lvl2 in professional cookery or equivalent
- Basic food hygiene/Lvl2
