Salary: £9,600 gross per annum (£22,400 per annum pro rata)

Job type: Permanent, Part time, 15 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Cleaner/ Caretaker to join our team.

About the role:

We are seeking a Cleaner/ Caretaker who will ensure the hygienic condition & maintenance of the Centre is maintained at a high standard. To carry out routine cleaning & maintenance of all areas as agreed by Centre Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Sanitisation of toilet areas
• Preparation & cleaning of Accommodation Areas
• Cleaning of all public areas as necessary
• Cleaning of all classrooms in rotation
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as required
• Maintenance of the Centre

Working hours (15 hours per week)

• Wednesday: 8.30am - 4.30pm: 7 hours with a one-hour unpaid break
• Further 8 hours over the week to fit in with business needs
• Some weekend work will be required through busy periods
