3rd Line Support Engineer (Windows Server, M365, 3rd Line Support) - Progress into project work over the first 12-18 months! A 3rd Line Support Engineer is required by a growing tech solutions company based near Solihull, offering a clear career path into project delivery and consultancy roles.
This is an ideal role for a Support Engineer looking to move beyond BAU support and step into a broader position with exposure to Microsoft 365, project work, and client-facing consultancy. You'll be joining a stable, close-knit infrastructure team with a strong focus on internal development.
Essential Experience:- Proven 3rd Line Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Microsoft 365/M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Basic understanding of SQL Server
- ERP experience (desirable)
You'll operate as the 3rd Line escalation point, resolving complex support issues across Windows Server, M365, networking, and Firewalls. The position is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the Solihull office per week, and occasional client site visits (1-2 days/month, rare overnight stays).
