Our Client, a respected Bridging Lender are seeking a Junior Lending Compliance professionals
The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of operations and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
Duties
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with established policies and regulations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reporting documents in accordance with industry standards.
- Monitor banking activities to ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance management programmes that align with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliance-related issues and best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry trends that may impact the organisation's compliance status.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.
Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in compliance management, internal audits, or regulatory reporting within the banking sector is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify potential compliance risks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
