Scheme Manager Darlington ? Part-time - 30 hours per week Permanent £27,254 - £28,598 per annum (pro rata)We're looking for an approachable and motivated Scheme Manager to join a well-established Lifeline Services Team supporting residents across sheltered and extra care housing schemes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping tenants live safely and independently within their communities.The RoleEach day brings something different - you'll be responsible for a mix of building management and resident support. Duties include:

• Monitoring legionella, fire safety and site safety audits
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Supporting tenants, their families, carers, and visiting professionals
• Carrying out daily calls and visits, responding to emergency calls, and facilitating activities and events
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with GDPR and safety standards

About YouWe're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, compassionate, and proactive with a 'can-do' attitude
• Organised, flexible, and confident communicating with a range of people
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, databases, and technology
• Able to remain calm and think clearly in changing situations
