Join a respected brokerage partnered with prestigious estate agencies in Guildford and Horsham. You'll provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to affluent buyers, investors, and complex clients, backed by strong lead flow and introducer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing warm leads from estate agency introducers
• Advising on residential, buy-to-let, and protection products
• Handling complex cases with professionalism and care
• Building lasting relationships with clients and introducers

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Mortgage Adviser role.
• Proven experience in mortgage advice and banked business
• Comfortable working with HNW and complex clients
• Professional, proactive, and client-focused

Package Highlights:

• Up to £40,000 basic (including car allowance)
• Uncapped commission with no threshold
• Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home
