Your Role:As a Damp & Mould Surveyor, you'll be responsible for: Conducting thorough inspections of properties affected by damp and mould Diagnosing root causes and specifying effective remedial actions Managing repair works and liaising with contractors and internal teams Providing technical advice and support to residents and colleagues Maintaining accurate records and reports for compliance and quality assurance Supporting the delivery of wider asset management and sustainability goals What We're Looking For: Proven experience in damp, mould, and disrepair surveying (ideally 2+ years) Strong understanding of building pathology and housing maintenance Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND in Building Surveying or equivalent) Full UK driving licence Why Join Us?This organisation is known for its commitment to employee wellbeing, professional development, and inclusive culture.
