Conrad Consulting is working in partnership with a well-established architectural practice to recruit a talented and motivated Architect to join their growing team in Shrewsbury. With a history of steady growth and a loyal client base across Shropshire, the Midlands, and North Wales, this practice continues to expand its portfolio of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects. The successful Architect will join a dynamic team of designers and technicians, contributing to a variety of schemes from concept through to completion.

Role Overview

As an Architect, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting the design and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. You'll collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes across all RIBA stages. The studio offers a flexible and collaborative working environment, ideal for professionals looking to grow within a forward-thinking practice.

Key Requirements

• ARB-registered or RIBA Chartered Architect (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice

• Proficiency in one or more of the following: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks

• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience in Contract Administration is advantageous

• Full UK driving licence is essential
