As our operations grow, we will be hiring for multiple full-time, permanent positions over the coming months. In this role, you will work on a 3-week rotating shift schedule. Shifts are 12 hours each (from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am), alternating between days and nights. Initially focusing on warehouse responsibilities, the role offers the opportunity to progress to milling tasks. Day-to-day of the role: Operate a counterbalance forklift to manage inventory and move materials within the warehouse. Handle heavy lifting of 25kg bags, ensuring proper handling and storage. Transition to milling operations, learning and taking on more responsibilities over time. Maintain a clean and safe work environment across three buildings. Work a 40-hour week with the potential for overtime at 1.5 times the normal rate. Required Skills & Qualifications: Valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift License.
