Join Electron-X as an Electrical Mechanical Fitter

At Electron-X, we specialise in high-quality industrial X-ray systems and services-from large lead-lined rooms for aircraft engines and advanced multi-axis manipulators to compact cabinets for inspecting electronic components.

We're expanding and looking for a skilled electrical/mechanical engineer to join our team in Milton Keynes as soon as possible.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building electrical panels
• Reading and working to wiring diagrams and panel layouts
• Electrical Installation
• Cable management installation at the factory and on site
• Mechanical Assembly
• Bonus Skills - Familiarity with computers and software tools is a plus

What We're Looking For

• Experience in panel building
• Strong MS Office skills (Teams, Word & Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• ECS card is beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving license required

Experience in the X-ray industry is not required-full training and support will be provided.

The Offer

• Location: Milton Keynes office
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
• 6-month contract with possible extension
• Salary: £26,000-£32,000 pro rata depending on experience
• Discretionary Christmas Bonus
