Strong Understanding of SAP HCM Modules Like OM, PA, SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Time Management, CATS, Integrations and ability to troubleshoot ABAP programs, user exits, BAdIs, and custom reports related to HCM and EC integration ? Multiple Project life cycle experience of Implementation and Rollouts on SAP HCM System and Success Factors modules ? Good understanding of HR processes (Employee life cycle). ?
