You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of client processes - from preparing reports and managing meetings to liaising with clients, providers, and advisers - helping deliver exceptional financial planning support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client documents, review packs, and reports
  • Manage adviser diaries and client review meetings
  • Process Letters of Authority and maintain accurate records in iO
  • Liaise with clients and providers professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance and client data are up to date

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in iO and Microsoft Office
  • Team-focused, proactive, and client-driven
