Temporary School Administration Staff Needed - Term Time Only
Are you an experienced school administrator looking for a full-time, term-time only role? We're seeking dedicated and knowledgeable temporary staff to support school offices across various locations.
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Contract:Ongoing temporary assignment (Term Time Only)
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school environment is essential
- Proficiency with school systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, etc.)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing attendance and pupil records
- Supporting staff and parents with enquiries
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Assisting with safeguarding and compliance procedures
Locations vary - flexibility is a plus!
