We have an exciting position available for Risk and Assurance Officer to join us!
You will support the Risk and Assurance Manager in managing One Manchester's risk management programme, supporting, and facilitating a risk-based internal audit programme and providing support to the Team with key assurance activities.
The role will work closely with Risk Owners to assist with the completion of updates to ELT, Board and Audit & Risk Committee. It involves working with the Risk and Assurance Manager to support and update the risks, including their effectiveness and compliance with One Manchester's systems and assurance framework to provide independent/objective assurance to the LEADERSHIP TEAM, ELT and the Board.
This role will also support the wider activities of the Risk & Assurance Team with the completion of subject access requests (SARs) in line with the requirements stipulated under GDPR and the Data Protection Act; and reviewing and maintaining policy documentation and other key assurance systems and registers.
