Our client are looking for someone to join their Air Export Team that specialise in the live events and broadcasting. This role would be ideal for someone that has 1 - 2 Year's experience within the industry after securing a role as a trainee / junior / apprentice with their current employer. Key Responsibilities: Ability to be able to complete drafts and "cut" airway bills. Arrange bookings with airlines and coordinate the export of air freight shipments. prepare and process export documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices and packing lists, accurately and in compliance with company regulations. Complete export customs clearances using CDS Monitor the movement of air freight shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during transit. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 1 Year's experience in Air Export. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
