You will be responsible for coordinating performance testing activities, acting as a single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills alongside technical expertise. What you'll do Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical and technical audiences. Taking ownership of NFR, requirement analysis and finalisation and driving non-functional initiatives like Chaos testing Detailed results analysis including application monitoring, identify Performance bottlenecks and recommend/implement improvements or performance optimisation. Mediate potential conflicts and foster solutions-oriented discussions with stakeholders. Establish and maintain efficient and scalable performance testing automation framework. Design, develop and maintain Performance Test scripts. Test execution & co-ordination across multiple external and internal teams for issue resolution. Conduct discovery process to specify scope, extent and type of Performance testing required. Able to define and troubleshoot Test environments to identify issues across System integration or component NFT. What you'll bring Experience in performance testing. Experience working with multiple internal or external teams for issue resolving/requirements analysis/results analysis. Develop and maintain Automated Performance test scrips using tools/framework like Gatling/LoadRunner/JMeter. Experience in testing large-scale micro services-based web applications preferably media based. Automating tasks using scripting languages like Scala/Python. Coding in languages like Java/Scala/Groovy. Working with databases like MongoDB/MySQL.
