The Role

We're seeking a Customer Services Director to lead and expand commercial operations across sales, marketing, and account management.

This is both a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, driving business growth, and delivering excellence through quality and relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and business development, creating pipelines and securing new client relationships.
  • Oversee account management, ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations and business outcomes.
  • Take ownership of tender and bid processes, from qualification through submission and presentation.
  • Manage internal quality standards, supporting ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement across client services.
  • Design and execute a marketing strategy that strengthens brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee supplier and asset management, maintaining effective commercial partnerships and resource tracking.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate with peers across delivery, product, and operations.
About You
  • Proven background in sales or account leadership within consultancy, technology, or digital services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end client relationships, from prospecting to retention.
  • Strong marketing strategy experience, comfortable managing campaigns and digital presence.
  • Confident leading bid and proposal activity, producing compelling, commercially sound submissions.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 principles or internal quality systems (preferred).
  • Skilled in supplier negotiation, contract oversight, and operational asset management.
  • Collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a small, high-autonomy environment.
