The role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery. This is a key leadership role that requires a proactive, caring, and organized individual who can inspire staff, engage families, and ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding.

The ideal Nursery Manager

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a nursery setting
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to Christian values and the spiritual development of children
