• Salary: £27,000 per year (£14.87 OTE)

• 35 hours per week over 5 days

What you'll be doing:

You'll take charge of the morning service, creating delicious, high-quality dishes that set the tone for the day. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain the hotel's exceptional standards and smooth operations.

• Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to Rosette-level standards

• Managing your section efficiently and maintaining prep for daily service

• Working with seasonal, locally sourced produce

• Upholding food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods

• Contributing ideas for menu improvements and guest experience

What we're looking for:

We're seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef who loves early mornings, consistency, and creating memorable dishes with local ingredients.

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Passion for local, sustainable produce and seasonal cooking

• A calm, organised approach during busy service

• A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
