We are looking for a Care Supervisor (Senior Care Assistant) to join our dedicated team at Galanos House in Southam, Warwickshire. Experience working in care homes, adult health, social care, or community settings is essential. As a Care Supervisor, you will inspire care teams to provide compassionate, high-quality support tailored to each resident's needs. Evidence of professional development in dementia care is required.
