Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
Location: Halesowen
Pay Rate: £4,338.74 per year
Hours: 7.5 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks per year must attend INSET days)

Smart Education is currently recruiting Lunchtime Supervisors to join a welcoming and inclusive special school in Halesowen. The school supports pupils aged 4 to 19 with autism, complex communication, and cognition and learning needs. Accredited by the National Autistic Society, the school values individuality, celebrates achievement, and fosters a happy, positive ethos where every pupil is encouraged to reach their full potential. As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play an essential role in supporting pupils during the lunch period, ensuring they have a safe, structured, and enjoyable time. You will supervise pupils in the dining areas and playground, promote positive behaviour, and encourage interaction and social development.
